RROWE RACING battles for world championship title
in Macau with new look
At the end of a fantastic season, culminating in victory at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, ROWE RACING is still in contention for a world championship title: The International Automobile Federation (FIA) has once again approved the team for the FIA GT World Cup 2025 (13 - 16 November 2025) on the spectacular street circuit in the former Portuguese colony of Macau on the southern coast of China.
To really shine there, the #53 BMW M4 GT3 will feature a striking special livery with a modified colour scheme. The new identity design is dominated by ROWE red, reflecting ROWE's performance-oriented DNA and unmistakable identity.
🏁 FINAL RACE. NEW LOOK. FULL POWER. 🏁
Two-time Macau champion at the wheel
At the wheel of the #53 BMW M4 GT3 is an absolute Macau specialist, giving ROWE RACING a realistic chance of winning its first world championship title after finishing second and third in 2019 and third in 2023: BMW M works driver Raffaele Marciello from Switzerland has already triumphed twice in the legendary race (2019 and 2023). Last year, he won the qualifying race on his Macau debut in the BMW M4 GT3.
The challenge in the gambling paradise of Macau is unique in motorsport. The Circuito da Guia, as the legendary street circuit is called in Portuguese, is a 6.120-kilometre-long asphalt strip in narrow street canyons, between crash barriers and walls, with a total of 22 corners and countless bumps.
ROWE RACING - One TEAM. One Goal.
ROWE is involved in motorsport not just out of passion for the sport or for a good image, but because no test is more realistic than out on the race track. We therefore use findings from our “driving laboratory” to research new lubricants and to optimize existing formulations. With ROWE RACING, we achieve something that cannot be recreated in any laboratory in the world: the practical test under extreme conditions.
The team's main focus has always been on endurance racing, but especially on the extreme challenge of the 24-hour races. “The more difficult the situation and the greater the stress, the more ROWE RACING can shine,” says Hans-Peter Naundorf, Team Principal of ROWE RACING.
